Well im not an officer but im still alowed to have a saying in the treads.

If this guild is to have any progress at all we need ppl who has more than blue items. I mean we cant gear up new ppl all the time..

And blue geared ppl cant raid the instances we are currently raiding.. like ssc and tk

Call me an asshole but its just pure facts IMO
