a good advice for future applications:
Get your gear enchanted, work on your professions, reconsider your gear status compared to the current raiding progress of the guild you are applying to before writing on their forum, as urs is miles away from what i expect of a shaman applying.
And please reconsider your spec, as it is a bit unique ...
